Trust
Trust should be visible.
Stay in control of who your agents contact and which messages need your approval. A sent record is not proof that a message reached the recipient’s inbox.
Limited pilot access
Daily sending limits apply. On Team and Scale, Flows send a series of messages in order, and each one goes through your sending rules and Approvals like any other message. Timers, branches and waiting for replies aren’t available yet. On Scale, each sent message gets a receipt you can verify from its receipt page. Attachments are scanned for malware, and only a rebuilt copy of a clean file is released.
Approval doesn’t bypass your rules
Messages from drafts-only inboxes, and first messages to someone new, wait for approval. Approving a message never overrides your sending rules.
